The Gatineau Valley in seduction mode with entrepreneurs
November 25, 2021, Maniwaki – SADC Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, with the financial participation of the Government of Quebec, has launched the new attraction campaign "The Gatineau Valley, taking care of business”.
"This attraction campaign featuring nine Gatineau Valley businesses and their owners aims to promote all the advantages that our region offers to entrepreneurs," said Pierre Monette, General Manager of the SADC Vallée-de-la-Gatineau. Discover them by visiting monentreprisedanslavg.ca website.
Many entrepreneurs succeed in doing good business in rural areas, and the featured companies in the "The Gatineau Valley, taking care of business” campaign are among them. These businesses are also proof that, from the Gatineau Valley, very good business can also be done outside the region. Distance is no longer an issue, but a great advantage for all those who know how to benefit from it," says Mr. Monette.
In the Gatineau Valley, businesses can benefit from several advantages. Among these are the advantageous operating costs, the strategic geographic location between Canada's National Capital Region and Abitibi-Témiscamingue, a local market of more than $600M in annual consumer spending and a committed local workforce. Homeowners and employees can affordably live in a beautiful, larger-than-life environment while taking advantage of the proximity of major urban centers.
The Gatineau Valley offers many business opportunities for: acquisitions, partnerships, new branches or business start-ups. The Gatineau Valley SADC team is therefore ready to receive business projects to help entrepreneurs validate and/or improve their project, to help them benefit from their expertise, knowledge of the area, their contacts and in the search for financing.
In the first phase, the advertising campaign will be deployed from November 2021 to March 2022, in the Gatineau and Ottawa markets via traditional and digital media in French and English.
