The Gatineau Valley SADC is focussed on providing services to businesses.

Our more than 25 years of experience in assisting businesses in the Gatineau Valley has enabled the SADC to develop the expertise and the tools we need to serve you.

Regular Investment Fund

The objective of the Gatineau Valley SADC Regular Investment Fund is to encourage entrepreneurs at various phases: acquisition, start-up, expansion, modernization, consolidation and growth.The Fund also promotes job creation and economic development in the Gatineau Valley RCM.

Financial Assistance :
  • Loans ranging between $10 000 and $150 000
  • Maximum amortization of 10 years
  • For all types of Fund assets from working capital to fixed assets

 

For the review of the funding application, developers must provide certain documents proving eligibility, profitability and viability according to financial ratios applicable to the various sectors, i.e., a personal financial statement, personal budget, curriculum vitae, business plan for a new business or financial statements for an existing business, etc.

All Regular Investment Fund decisions are made locally, based on the principles of viability, profitability, and the technical and financial feasibility of the proposed projects. The Regular Investment Fund belongs to the Gatineau Valley community and has grown consistently: effective management has increased the initial Government of Canada contribution of $1.5 million to over $3.2 million.
