Daily operations at the Gatineau Valley SADC are carried out by a staff of five employees :

The Director General supervises the work of the SADC staff and ensures that SADC staff actions are consistent with the strategies developed by the Board of Directors.

The Financial Analyst meets with developers to provide guidance in respect of their funding needs and analyzes the various funding applications that are submitted. Among other things, she manages the Regular Investment Fund portfolio of the Gatineau Valley SADC.

The Follow-up Officer mainly provides regional entrepreneurs with technical assistance services in many areas, such as: marketing, accounting, financial restructuring, etc. All regional businesses have access to this free service, whether they have loans from the SADC or not.

The Youth Advisor sets up formative projects for clientele between the ages of 18 and 35, based on the issues and challenges identified as priorities for the region and SADC.  The Advisor is also responsible for all of SADC's external communications.

The Administrative Assistant receives clients and forwards the various requests to the appropriate SADC team member, in addition to managing the office.
